The 2021 One Run will be held in person on Oct 24th. In-person participation will be limited to 225 people. There will be NO day-of sign ups. Please register early to secure a space.
The One Run is fun, community building event. Last year's event raised a collective $30,000 for the participating schools, let's beat that number this year! #1Run5k
Online registration for in-person participation closes on October 20th at midnight ET, or earlier if the event sells out.
REGISTRATION
Registration to participate in-person is subject to overall limit of 225 participants. This number may change based on NYC gathering rules at the time of the event.
Participants will be able to register themselves and their families for this year’s event. During the registration process, participants will:
- Sign up for the race
- Pick race shirt size (while supplies last)
- Setup a personal fundraising page to share with friends and family
- Make an additional, optional, donation to the One Run or your school
All donations collected through your fundraising page will go directly to your school’s PA/PTA 501(c)(3) organization. Donations to 1Run NYC Inc. will be shared among our participating schools.
* Please note, if you plan to raise money for and/or donate to multiple schools, please register each person as a separate transaction. You can make edits to your fundraising page after it's live.
FEES
$20 + registration fees. Entry fee includes a race t-shirt (while supplies last) and bib.
Registration is required. There are no refunds for this event.
CHECK-IN
Check-in up to 30 minutes before your start/wave time. Look for the white tent at the entry of the pier.

This year, due to Covid 19 protocols, the 1Run5K will have start times in waves. You can edit your wave times until 10/23 - follow the links in your registration confirmation email from "RunSignUp."
Wave 1 - 9:00 AM
Wave 2 - 9:15 AM
Wave 3 - 9:30 AM
Wave 4 - 9:45 AM
COVID 19
In order to reduce potential spread of COVID19 and to help make everyone comfortable, we will require masks at the start until the race begins.
We ask that you maintain physical distance during the race if you want to run without a face covering.
Once you have completed the 5K, we will ask you to leave the area. Unfortunately, we are not allowed to congregate in a large group.
Park restrooms will be available for your use.

AWARDS
Prizes will be awarded to top FUNDRAISER for each school. Prizes will be mailed or emailed to winners. We will not have an awards presentation this year.
