Summer is finally coming and lighter days and warmer weather have us all excited to get outside again. Many of us have fallen off the healthy lifestyle wagon and just need a hand to get back on it. Enter the “Back On Track” Healthy Girl Summer Track Series!!

Get out your running shoes and join me for 8 weeks at the Jackson Middle School track for an hour every Wednesday this summer. You don’t have to be fast. You don’t have to want to be fast. You just have to have the motivation to get to the track and do your best. This is the place where you'll meet running friends of all abilities, get the support you need from an RRCA Certified running coach, and get your body back in a forward moving motion. This group will work on form, speed, strength/cardio training, and all things running-related with customized plans and running advice available upon request. 

Face coverings will not be required while running, but you are strongly urged to bring one if you anticipate getting closer than 6 feet from people. Your running coach is fully vaccinated but will wear a mask as needed.

Living through a pandemic has made us all grateful for what we had and what we can have again. One of those things is community and banding together through things that are hard.

  • WHEN: Every Wednesday from 6:30PM to 7:30PM, June 30th thru August 18th, 2021

  • COST: $70 for 8 weeks or $20 per session
  • WHY: Self care is important!!

We will run RAIN or SHINE! I will only postpone classes if the weather is deemed dangerous (ie: unhealthy air quality) or unforeseen circumstances arise.
