The VPCC is pleased to partner with Kutztown University to offer affordable housing during our international racing block.
HOUSING IS AVAILABLE FROM 5/26 THROUGH 6/20. There is a $100 non-refundable deposit to reserve your spot, which will be deducted from your final bill. The cost is the same as last year: $37/night per person. There is also a $100 cleaning fee per person. The apartment structure will be the same as last year as well, with 6 persons per unit, broken down into two double rooms and two single rooms.
Upon arrival, we will take payment for half of your stay, and will collect the other half before your departure. Payment can be made via cash, check, or credit card.
We will try to accomodate as many people as possible, however space is limited. If you have further questions, please reach out to athletes@thevelodrome.com
Please keep in mind that if you are an international rider, we do require a foreign permission to ride letter for our UCI races. If you need an invitation letter, please reach out to athletes@thevelodrome.com
Kutztown has options for dining on campus, and the fees for those are as follows, and are taken care of between the athlete and the university:
$30.25 per day broken down as:
Breakfast: $7.50
Lunch: $10.75
Dinner: $12.00
Kutztown is also offering up the use of their gym, so athletes can get some lifting sessions in. Gym passes can be purchased at the rec center desk for $5.00. Again, that fee is taken care of between the athletes and the university directly.
