The 22nd Annual Lifetime Assistance Airport Games in-person 5K run will take place on the Greater Rochester International Airport Runway starting at 9am on June 19. Due to COVID restrictions runners starting times will be staggered to assure social distancing. Flower City CrossFit 5K
Looking for more of a challenge? This event combines the traditional 5K with 5 challenge stations throughout the course. Challenges will vary from burpees to kettle bells and much more. Groups of 5 will have staggered start times beginning at 8:00am.
