DESCRIPTION  Join the Caroline County Humane Society for their 3rd annual 5k Run/Walk on a flat & fast course through the town of Ridgely.  


RACE LOCATION:  Martin Sutton Park; Rt 480/W. 6th St. & Park Ave; Ridgely, MD 21660


RACE DATE & TIME:  Saturday October 23rd, 2021 at 9 a.m.



  • $25.00 Pre Race Registration 
    • $25/participant on or before October 22nd at 6 pm
  • 13U runners & walkers get a "Youth Discount" of $15.00 Registration Fee
    • If you are registering and you are 13U all you have to do is email organizer Joanne Shipley at  and she will give you the discount code.

    Please fill out the form completely & neatly, double checking Age, Gender, Entry Fee Price (some events have different fees)

      Please mail by Monday of Race Week to be guaranteed an event t-shirt/swag.

RACE COURSE:   3.1m; Flat & Fast


RACE TIMING:  Seashore Strider Event Production, Inc. will be timing the event using the Chronotrack B Chips.


RACE AMENITIES:  Short sleeved shirts to all awards in the park...a running good time.


AWARDS: Overall & Master Male/Female Champion, as well as the top three finishers in eight 5K age groups from 13 & under to 70 & over


REFUNDS/DEFERRAL:The Seashore Striders have a "No Refund" policy, however we make every possible attempt to please our client with the following options:  1. Transfer to a future Seashore Strider owned event of equal value before the end of the current year.   2. Donate your entry fee to the charity associated with the event in this case the Caroline County Humane Society.  3. Transfer/Defer to the following year at the same event.  Thank You for your cooperation & understanding as some situations are beyond the control of the Seashore Striders.
