Calling all local high school and collegiate athletes! 4RUN3 is organizing a summer training program to help you be at your best for your fall sports. While this program is tailored toward runners, any athlete who competes in an endurance-dependent sport can benefit from this program and is welcome. We will be focused on building a strong base for you to have a healthy and successful season.
The program is 9 weeks long, lasting from June 27th until August 25th. Your $50 registration includes:
- Structured Workout Plan
- Pre-Planned Routes
- Strength Circuits
- 4RUN3 Store Discount Punchcard
- A t-shirt, of course! :)
There will be two group sessions per week for 9 weeks, on Monday evenings at 5:00 pm (excluding Monday, 7/4) and on Thursday mornings at 8:00 am. Monday evenings will prepare you for hot summer afternoons of early fall practices and Thursday mornings will allow us to do speedwork in somewhat cooler temps.
Refreshments and freeze pops provided post-run. We hope to see you there!
