This 4th Annual 'Medal Dash' virtual run event allows you to simply run/walk/jog 🏃‍♀️🏃 5K, 10K, or 13.1 miles anytime, anywhere. Choose your location - in your neighborhood, favorite trail or even a treadmill and complete the event in one day or split up collectively over multiple days between now and July 31st. Record your time and share YOUR race experience with thousands of followers (150,000+ participants since 2019!).
