B3 Strength! Bands, Blocks & Bodyweight!
B3 Strength training is a program designed by the team at Feldman Physical Therapy & Performance for runners of all ages and experiences. You don't need any experience with strength training and we will provide you will all the equipment! (Except for the bodyweight part you have to bring your own body weight).
At the end of the class, all participants will get to keep all of their equipment.
- 5 Week Session
- Classes will be held on Tuesday evenings at 6:30pm
- The first class will be Tuesday September 7th, at 6:30pm
- The last class will be Tuesday October 5th at 6:30pm
- All Classes will be held outdoors at our Poughkeepise Location.
Participants will meet in the field behind Gold's Gym.
