We are excited to announce the 2022 Baystate NICU Family and Friends annual event. 

  • This year we are adding a 10k race to the list of events
  • We are relocating the event to the Minnechaug High School Campus to accommodate this growing event and provide our participants with the best experience across all of the different run/walk distances.

We are working with the Town of Wilbraham and the Dept. of Health to ensure a safe and friendly event for all participants. There will be procedures to follow and we will communicate those with participants prior to the event and they will be based on current guidance at that time.

Participants will have the option to switch between events up until June 11th and a virtual option is available for those that would like to participate, but will not be able to attend the in-person event.

The Baystate Children’s Hospital Davis Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Family and Friends 5k/10k Run/ 1 Mile Walk is a local event held to raise awareness for the current and former patients of the NICU. Along with general community awareness, there are many developmental and comfort care items that are vital for babies’ overall health care maintenance that our NICU would benefit from. Please help by donating to this cause, and either running or walking in our race!
