BBA Marathon XC Mountain Bike Race (CANCELLED)

A 3hr marathon XC Mountain Bike race at Ferry Point Park. Come test your endurance fitness.

Race Details

For 2021 this race will have a different format than last year. The railway trail entrance near the oil docks has been closed to public access, reducing the potential lap length. There is a single category with a minimum racing age of 14-years, the results will be given as overall then broken out to male and female.

****    Pre-registration only, no day-of registration    ****

The race will be run within a given duration (3hrs + 1lap) with scoring based on number of laps completed within the time frame. A lap count will be given for the race leader starting with 10 laps remaining.  A shorter race option could be added if there is enough interest, and based on the number of registrants for the 3hr option.

Due to COVID-19 regulations the maximum number of participants will be limited to the Government mandated group size (including race organizers)
