Brainfreeze is worth freezing for. We promise! It’s energizing, exciting, and Instagrammable from tide in to tide out. People of all ages gather in subzero temperatures, warm up with a little light yoga and mindfulness, and then voluntarily jump in freezing water. If you’re looking to #freezing4reason for mental health education and awareness, this is a perfect day to leap in.  All donations will help train, educate, and empower community members as they revolutionize how we view mental health.  Every person, young or old, should feel comfortable talking about mental health, and we can make this a reality together.

Registration for the 2nd Annual Brainfreeze Polar Plunge is open. Each polar bear participant is asked to fundraise a minimum of $100.  100% of those funds support Navigate Hope, Inc’s mental health programs.

Get ready for one of the best days you’ve ever had – join us at our 2nd Annual Brainfreeze Polar Plunge Event!! Get a team together – register as an individual – be a spectator – make a donation – be part of an amazing event!  See you all on February 26th at Landshark Landing – Lake Lanier!!

In order to receive your swag and be eligible for prizes, you must check in at registration.

Plunging as a Team or Individual:
If you are a solo plunger and want to register as an individual, indicate that you will be plunging as an individual when you register. If you would like to take the Plunge with your friends, simply come up with a team name. Each person registering online must register as an individual on the team page or if you’re registering with the brochure, make sure your team name is listed. No matter how you register, all plungers are still encouraged to raise $100 to participate.

What to Wear:
We suggest outer clothing that is warm and can be changed into and out of easily. You may wear a bathing suit, wet suit, or drysuit, and certainly no skinny-dipping!  You should leave your wallet, keys, valuables, and jewelry with your guests or don’t bring them at all.
