Team up with 2 partners all from different "eras" (Under 30, 30-44, Over 45) to conquer a two stage functional fitness challenge. Part 1 each teammate will complete the same workout separately and times will be combined. Part 2 teams will combine efforts to knock out a partner workout to achieve an objective.
