Meet at 9 am for 30 minutes of Snowga led by Nicole Hensch* prior to heading out on 1.5, 3, 5 and 8 mile training runs/walks. *Nicole Hensch (@nicolehenschyoga, fell in love with Yoga after being “forced” to try it as a result of numerous running injuries. Nicole received her RYT training at Seva Yoga and has been teaching Yoga for almost 10 years, specializing in slow flow and restorative styles. Yoga is a perfect compliment to running to help your mind/body release stress, prevent injury, and aid in athletic performance.
