ABOUT THIS EVENT

Thank you for your interest in supporting the Epsilon Sigma Friendship Bike Ride. This event is being hosted by the graduate members from Epsilon Sigma Chapter as a part of its 55th anniversary celebration for being on the campus of Bowie State University. This event is organized as a scholarship fundraiser for students at Bowie State University. This is our first anniversary celebration bike ride and we’re excited to have you be a part of it. The Epsilon Sigma Friendship Bike Ride will occur on Saturday, April 1st, 8:00 a.m. EDT and end at 2:00 p.m. We welcome you to join cyclists from around the area to be a part of this spring biking event.

For those riding in this event, we have one 55-mile route with a rest stop at the midway point and SAG support. Check-in to receive wrist bans begins at 7:00 a.m. and will occur at 1739 West Nursery Road Linthicum Heights, Maryland 21090 .  All are welcome to participate.

This is a fundraising event, and the net proceeds will be allocated to a Bowie State University Epsilon Sigma endowment that generates scholarships for students. Your participation in this celebratory bike ride event will help BSU students' dreams become a reality.

GOAL
A safe friendship bike ride to open the spring 2023 cycling season to enjoy the fresh air, sunshine and outdoor scenery, while raising funds for a great cause.
