Back again for Winter 2023! Let's help each other stay motivated this winter. Once again we will be logging activities, but we are adding more to help you focus on a healthy and happy life! As we progress we will be introducing mini (optional) tests. We will look at sleep, strength, nutrition, mobility, balance and community. You can do an at home test and then follow our guidance over the course of the program. For example; our balance test will be standing on your left leg and then standing on your right leg. You will time yourself and then we will give ways that we can all improve our balance. Did you know that not being able to balance on one leg for 10 seconds takes 10 years off your life? It is always more fun doing this with a community, so we will be active on Facebook and sending out emails.

You'll then receive an email with a link to your confirmation page. Click on Manage Registration.
Each day that you exercise from today through 3/20/2023, you can log your activity.
Activities include: run, walk, hike, snowshoe, downhill ski, cross country ski, shovel, row, ride (cycle), fitness classes, strength training, swim, dance, yoga/pilates, other cardio
Log your activities while supporting our partner charities. Post your photos to our Facebook page to help inspire others!
This challenge is open to everyone. Please share with friends and have them join.

As always the swag is important. This year you will receive custom Ready Set Snow fuzzy socks and a pull up band (value $25) for the first 300 registered.

Registration closes on January 15, 2023 at midnight! We already have the swag, so it will be sent out weekly as people register.
