G.O.T. Jumping Clinic
Participants can expect a 2 HR program that includes (but is not limited to):
- Bike set up/safety
- Body Position
- Compressing/unweighting the bike
- How to approach new jumps
- LANDING SAFELY
The session will include a skills and drills portion where we work on all the components of getting airborne before we ever take flight. Learn the fundamentals of jumping in a SAFE and controlled environment. Once we've built a solid foundation we'll put into action what we've been practicing.
Participants must provide their own:
- Bicycle
- Helmet
- Water
- Pads are HIGHLY recommended but not required
