A fun fitness class for girls ages 6 to 11 years old. Class includes run/walk segment, yoga segment and mindfulness segment. Program is 6 sessions, 1.5 hours long.

Price: $115 (plus runsignup service fee). Fee increase to $125 after June 16.
Your child will need a yoga mat and bottle of water at every class.
We will have class rain or shine. We will have a make up class on 8/21 if a regular class is cancelled due to a dangerous condition (ex: lightening storm).
No refunds after you register. No transfers of registration to someone else.
