Spinistry Racing gravel camp welcomes all women and non-binary riders who want to learn about all things gravel, ride bikes, and have fun. The camp will give new riders and experienced racers alike a chance to come together and improve their bike handling skills, nutrition, race day strategies, and more. Come join Spinistry Racing for clinics and rides on February 19th and 20th at 4R Ranch Vineyards and Winery. All proceeds will go directly to Spinistry Racing in support of their 2022 race season.

Spots are limited, Club Spinistry members save 25%. On site camping is available through our gracious hosts at 4R Ranch Vineyards and Winery. Please click here if you wish to reserve a camping spot. Food and drink will be available for sale at the 4R Tasting Room. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own nutrition for the weekend.

We have been getting some questions about gravel camp and wanted to give y'all some more detailed information about what you can expect and who you will be working with later this month!
One of our "classroom" sessions will be a nutrition talk with @teenygils . Sarah has been a Registered Dietitian for 10 years, a bike racer for 8 years, and a lover of food for 31 years (see last photo  ).
Sarah has a diploma in sports nutrition from the International Olympic Committee and has worked with collegiate sports teams to help optimize nutrition for performance. She will be discussing fueling needs for before and during training/racing, nutrition for recovery, hydration, and other tips to optimize performance and health.

From @spinistryracing IG: More on #gravelcamp sessions featuring @veronikajanel ! Veronika will be leading an interactive session on bike repair and maintenance at @thespinistry women's gravel camp this February. Link to sign up for the camp is in bio.

Veronika is an experienced mechanic who worked in bike shops for over three years before moving to Austin. She has built three bikes frame up for herself and has a home workshop. She will be covering basic maintenance to prepare for a gravel event, what to do if and when mechanical incidents occur, and the types of tools you might want to carry with you for longer endurance events.
