Great Appalachian Valley Race: Half Marathon, 10K and 5K
July 15, 2023 in Shippensburg, PA 17257
Run through the beautiful countryside in Pennsylvania!
- Run on a fast, flat trail through the lush, scenic countryside.
- Walkers and families are welcome.
- There will be food and drink post-race.
- 4 hour time limit for all events.
- Every first time finisher, in the half marathon, 5k or 10k, will receive a ceremonial First 5k/10k/Half Marathon special plaque for your accomplishment along with a finisher’s medal. Find Mark at the end of the race and let him know you ran your first race.
- We are proud to announce that we have a non-binary registration option that has their own awards categories: overall and age groups.

SWAG
Fast Finishes is known for high-end, well-designed SWAG at our events. Entry fees will include:

- Running ankle socks with our fast-finishes logo
- Due to a national shortage of running jackets, we will be discontinuing offering jackets at our events as part of the registration fee.
