Race Description/Details:
The Halifax Academy Color Blaze 5k and 1 Mile Fun Run is a color run that will be held on the Halifax Academy fields. Money raised at the event will aid future programs and events at Halifax Academy
Registration Fees/Dates/Categories:
Registration for the 5k and 1 Mile Fun Run will be $30.00 for each participant. You don't have to be a Halifax Academy student or family member in order to run.
**Packet Pickup will be held at Halifax Academy, 1400 Three Bridges Road, from 4:00-8:00 p.m. on Friday, November 5th, and at 9:00 a.m. on Race Day. Race Day Registration will begin at 9:00 a.m. at 1400 Three Bridges Road. If you register the morning of the race you will receive a packet, but it will not contain a t-shirt.**
Awards/Categories:
Top runner in the 5k and 1 mile will receive a certificate.
Course:
The 5k and 1 mile run will both take place on the Halifax Academy Cross Country Trail. The natural surface trail is generally flat with a bumps and hills.
There will be a one hour course limit for the event.
There will be vendors and a Chinese Auction as well as food and music!
