HILTON HEAD FITNESS

We make it easy and fun to get your fitness in on Hilton Head Island! Join our bi-weekly one hour fitness experience on Hilton Head Island - designed to be Fun & Simple - just bring a towel and hydration and be ready to have fun - we'll take of everything else. Hilton Head Fitness is family friendly (kids 10-under participate for free!) and tailored to all fitness levels. It's the Island's best way to start your morning with your family / friends - and, jump-start your Hilton Head Happy day.

  • FUN & SIMPLE - we designed this fitness experience to be fun and simple. All you have to do is bring a towel and a water bottle - our fitness professionals will take care of the rest. Be ready to have fun and workout while you engage your body and soul through our fitness experience.

THE FITNESS EXPERIENCE

Hilton Head Fitness is a unique one-hour fitness experience including an equipment-free strength / core workout and yoga. All Fitness activities are led by professional and accredited instructors - and, each activity it tailored suit all fitness levels.

REGISTRATION

Register with your smart phone - its simple and fast!
Registration is online only - no paper forms :) Our registration via HiltonHeadFitness.com is set up to be fast and mobile friendly.
Registration in person on the morning of the event - we will have iPads available for you to register everyone.

All activities take place at the LowCountry Celebration Park - meet at the Pavilion.
Restrooms and water fountains are available on site.

T-SHIRT

The event t-shirt is the same design for all scheduled events

  • No T-Shirt Option - you have the option to choose “No T-Shirt” during registration - you save $4.00. Also, this is useful if you are registering for several dates and don't want the same t-shirt.
  • Purchase extra t-shirt - you have the option to purchase extra t-shirts at the event site - maybe for kids that participated for free, or as souvenirs for family and friends.

INCLEMENT WEATHER PLAN

The safety of our participants and staff is our paramount concern - and, this concern shapes our decisions regarding inclement weather. Any decisions regarding the weather will be made the morning the event. We plan on producing a great event and we will be at the event site ready to do so. Should the weather pose any threat to safety - we will postpone the start of the event until the weather clears. If the weather does not cooperate after a reasonable amount of time, we will make the decision to cancel the event. Any decision regarding rescheduling the event or entry credit to another event will be made as quickly as possible and be communicated via email to all participants.
