HOPE's 13th Annual Sham Rock N' Run 5k
Saturday, March 9, 2024
Start Time: 8:00AM, Registration opens at 7:00am
Location: St. Luke's Lutheran Church, Oviedo, FL
The first 600 to register will receive a Performance T-shirt, Finisher’s Medal, and a custom race bib.
T-shirt sizes, are Adult sizes only and will not be guaranteed after January 26th, 2024
All participants are encouraged to dress up in their St. Patty's Day best! Prizes will be awarded for the best costumes. There will also be a special prize for the largest team. All attendees are encouraged to bring non perishable food items to support our Food Pantry for families in need.
Children pushed in strollers are welcome to attend for free. All strollers and baby joggers must start at the back of the pack.
Parking is available on site at no charge.
For safety reasons, no skates, skateboards, bikes, or non-service animals will be allowed on the racecourse.
Awards/Giveaways
Awards will be given to the top 3 male/female runners in the following age categories:
9 and under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+
All proceeds from the Sham Rock N Run benefit HOPE Helps, Inc., whose mission is to prevent and reduce homelessness in Central Florida. Learn more about HOPE at www.hopehelps.org.

*If you are not present on race day, your shirt and medal will be available for pick up at HOPE Helps - 812 Eyrie Drive, Oviedo, FL 32765. beginning March 11th through March 15th, 2024. Or they can be mailed to you for an additional $5 postage fee. Email events@hopehelps.org for more details.

FREE Lil' Leprechaun Lap (for children under 10)
Children under 10 will be broken into age groups and run a short distance depending on their age.
