Registration Open

The series, established in 1964 by Shore A.C, is a weekly 5k race and 1500m kids run held on the perimeter of Lake Takanassee. Every Monday between July 11th and August 15th, participants toe the line. The Kids 1500 (1 lap of the lake) starts at 6:30pm. The 5K (4 laps of the lake) starts at 6:45. Medals are awarded to the top 3 overall finishers and age group winners in the 5K, and the top 3 girls and top 3 boys in the 1500m. Ribbons are awarded to all kids run participants. At the end of the series, consistent top performers earn overall series awards.
