Start date: 06/20/2023
Tour of America’s Dairyland (ToAD) is the largest competitive road cycling series in the U.S. It hosts 11 straight days of racing throughout Southeast Wisconsin. The tour was started in 2009 and extends the legacy of multi-day bike racing that first started in Wisconsin in 1969.
Our trip for junior 15-18 men & women will depart on Sunday from Lancaster, PA (after the USA Cycling Amateur Road National Championships on June 13-17). As with previous trips we’ll overnight in Ohio (both directions), including afternoon training rides, and arrive to Wisconsin on Monday. The ToAD junior series is held from Tuesday until Saturday (5 races) so the riders can contest the entire series. We’ll bring any of the riders flying home to the Milwaukee airport (or other tbd) on Sunday, June 24, overnight again in Ohio, and return to Lancaster on Monday late afternoon-evening.
The trip includes travel from Lancaster, PA, an airport departure drop (if any), travel to and from Wisconsin, hotel lodging for two nights in Ohio and six nights in Milwaukee at a location central to the race venues, including breakfast, and transport to/ from the races; meals and ToAD race entry fees are extra (i.e. paid by the riders directly).
