Major Taylor Racing League 2023

MAJOR TAYLOR RACING LEAGUE 2023-Thursday night race series at MTV

• held under USAC permit # 2023-7640
• $25 entry online - register as early as possible, try to avoid showing up late, but if you do get here late we'll try our best to accommodate. 
• Gates open around noon in the day for open track riding, MTRL racing begins 7pm
• You can sign up for multiple race dates per transaction. 
• Please complete the online USAC waiver through BikeReg - all riders must ALSO complete a 2023 ICX waiver which can be found here. 

Mass start nights: register for category, each evening includes three race sets 

• Specific events on mass start nights are subject to change.
• Moto scratch and keirin are for Pro/1/2 fields only. 
• Minimum to run an individual category is five (5) riders. Any category with less than five (5) riders pre-registered will be combined with another category or categories for racing
   
• No payout on Thursday nights - "awards" are points for the year-long rider standings.
• Gear limit: on mass start nights, novice and cat 4 racers are restricted to 88", or the equivalent of a 49x15 or 52x16. No restriction for other categories, and no restrictions on sprint nights. *Riders will not be gear-restricted if combined with another field that has cat 3 or higher categories.*
