Jump-start your health with our safe, fun, COVID-safe 4-week walking/running program. This program includes a safe, guided training plan designed to allow you to work at your own pace in a non-threatening, non-judgmental environment. This is a beginner walking or walk/run program but can also be used as a jump-start for other fitness goals you may have.
- Group workouts twice a week - Tuesday/Thursday at 5:30PM
- Start Date: Tuesday, May 4
- Program Dates: May (4th, 6th, 11th, 13th, 18th, 20th, 25th, 27th)
- Location: Valley Fitness and Racquet, 720 Shady Ln, in Neenah
As part of the program, participants will receive the following:
- 4-week training schedule;
- Coach-led workouts on Tuesday and Thursday evenings;
- Weekly emails with training tips, nutrition and more;
- A FF-logoed mask;
- Shopping Specials at Fleet Feet; and more!
Commitment: 4 weeks, 8 group workouts
