This year we are planning to have ONLINE registration only.

NHMS Gate Entry Fee The series pass does not include the NHMS gate entry.  The gate entry fee is $10.00 per adult racer, or $5 for juniors and spectators.  The gate fee is paid directly to NHMS at gate, and helps cover costs of ambulance, personnel and other direct costs associated with hosting the race at their venue. Please Note: Failure to pay the gate fee will result in a permanent ban from participating in the NHMS series.

The Hotel Concord: This year we are excited to partner with The Hotel Concord, a AAA Four Diamond Award-winning hotel boasting 38 signature guestrooms located in the heart of downtown Concord and just a short stroll to unique shops, restaurants and cultural attractions.

The Hotel Concord offers a 20 % discount for cyclists staying after any of the New Hampshire Motor Speedway Thursday Night bike races.  Please contact sunapeeracing@gmail.com to obtain the discount code for racers.  The Hotel Concord has also generously donated a free one-night stay to the Hotel Concord for the first place finisher in the series of the A, B and C groups.

Weather Cancellations:  We try hard to avoid cancelling races due to weather, but sometimes mother nature happens.  We will post on our Facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/sunapeeracing) to provide updated race information and cancellation notices due to weather.  We will also send out notices by bikereg email about cancellations.

Categories and Special Number Requests There are three fields for the series:  A, B, and C. The A field is intended primarily for riders in Category 3 or above.  Category 5 racers should not generally register for the A field except with prior permission from the race promoter (send email to sunapeeracing@gmail.com), or inquire at the gate during registration.  The B field is recommended for experienced riders with considerable strength.  The C field is recommended for all other riders, including new and slower riders.  Riders are permitted to race in different fields.  If you purchase a series pass and want a number for multiple categories (Group A, B and/or C), we will give you a number for the different groups.  Because we are nice folks, we will also give you a particular number if you have a request for your lucky or favorite number, as long as it is available.  Please send an email to sunapeeracing@gmail.com before registration closes with requests for numbers for different categories and/or special number requests.

Check-In and Number Pick-Up Number pick-up for the series pass will be available at the track. This year, by registering online, you will have already signed your liability release is valid for all dates in the series (including any additional or substitute dates that may be added)  However,  every week all racers must check-in at the gate and get marked on roster to confirm that they are present and to identify which race they intend to enter (A/B/C).   The rosters are used for scoring and tracking attendance for insurance, so please make sure that you sign in each week.

New Racers New racers are always welcome.  If you are a new racer and/or it is your first time at the series, please feel free to contact the race director with any questions or ask for assistance during registration.  The race series is a welcoming environment, and there are many experienced racers at the series who are happy to assist new racers.

The Courses The races are run on four courses:  (1) the road course; (2) the oval; (3) frontier course; and (4) the magic mile.  Most races will be on the road course. We will attempt to notify racers which course will be used in advance, but do not have control over last minute changes.  For information about the various courses, please check out the www.sunapeeracing.com website, as well as the photographs and information at the bottom of this registration page.

The Series:  The Annual NHMS Point Series will run from April 20th to September 14th.

Day of Passes:  If you choose not to buy a series pass, there will be day-of registration available for $10.00 per race. The charge for juniors will be $5.00 per race.  If you are not buying a series pass but want to receive notices through  bikereg, please sign up for the "Email List" Category.
