Whether you are an experienced runner, you just need to start moving more, or are looking for a fun new challenge, this virtual challenge race is for you! You can race against yourself or get friends to join & compete against each other.
How does it work?
Step 1.- Pick a Distance
When you sign up, pick the distance that you would like to complete in the month of October
Step 2- Log Your Mileage
Everytime you run, walk, swim, etc, log it on the website to see how far you have gone.
Step 3 - Set a Max Effort Goal!
At the end of the month, we will all set a personal Max Effort Goal to be run in one workout. Log this into the website and see your final results for the month.
All participants will be encouraged to use our @no_limits_fitness instagram to stay motivated and be accountable all month long. Post your trek and use the #nolimitsfitnessrace.
