Be active and have a blast!
Enjoy the summer activities of swimming, biking, running with family and friends. You can swim indoors (at the Y) or outdoors (your place, community pool, or a local lake). Practice safe swimming, always have a lifeguard/guardian present at all times.
Take one event at a time (you have all month to complete it!) or do it all in one day.
