Cal Tri Clinics get you race ready and often a special coach, professional athlete, or Olympian is in attendance.  Be ready to swim, bike & run.  Free but spots are limited so RSVP well in advance.  Below is a typical morning schedule.

45 minutes - Bike Course Preview (no drop)

  • Proper use of helmet
  • Ride on the right side
  • Pass on the left side
  • No blocking or drafting
  • Never cross the road median (instant DQ)

15 minutes - Transition Clinic

  • Racking The Bike
  • Laying Out Gear
  • Mount & Dismount Line

60 Minutes - Run Course Preview (no drop)

60 Minutes - Swim Clinic

  • Seeded rolling swim starts
  • Water entry and exit
  • Breathing
  • Sighting
  • Gear selection (Wetsuits, goggles, etc.)
