Ramblin' Rose Women’s Events, produced by Set Up Events, are designed to “Celebrate the Empowerment of Women.” In its 16th season, the 2022 Ramblin' Rose Women’s Triathlon Tour is the perfect way to celebrate the triathlon experience! Join us in Raleigh, South Charlotte, Greenville (SC), Winston-Salem, Charlotte (Huntersville), and/or Chapel Hill and experience the exhilaration of participating in a Ramblin' Rose!!

AQUATHLON
Aquathlon is simply swim and run! This is a great introduction into multisport. No worry about biking and great for kids to come race with mom!

USA TRIATHLON 
All Ramblin' Rose Triathlons are USA Triathlon sanctioned events. Registrants will be required to purchase a $15 one-day permit if you are not a current USAT member.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT
Ramblin' Rose requires youth participants to be a minimum of 10 years of age on 12/31/22.
