Join Community Human Services for the 4th Annual 5k/3k Recovery Run/Walk in partnership with Prescribe Safe. This year it’s VIRTUAL! Join us for the 2023 Virtual Recovery Run/Walk and help CHS continue with its mission to provide high-quality mental health, substance abuse, and homeless services to Monterey County residents to help them reach their full potential. The funds raised by this year's recovery run will help support our community as they develop new skills, build support networks, learn new behaviors, and utilize community resources to overcome root causes of problems, whether it is addiction, mental illness, homelessness, or any number of problems that people have trouble resolving on their own.

Mission of 5k/3k Recovery Run
- Bring attention to and encourage healthy lifestyles, helping end the stigma of addiction.
- Highlight successful community members in long-term recovery from addiction.
- Remember our friends and loved ones who tragically lost their lives to the disease of addiction.
- Create family-friendly events in our community.
- Raise funds for substance abuse, mental health, and homeless services.
