Join our inaugural summer training program! Open to runners of all levels! Training schedule begins just after Memorial Day on Thursday evening at Runner's Edge and ends the Saturday prior to the Marathon Training Group Orientation Meeting. Consists of various runs and time trials (or races) to build or maintain fitness throughout the summer.
*Monday evening training run workouts at various locations (Bridges, Spanish River Park, Lake Wyman Park, Sp. Athletic Park, El Rio Trail) @6:30PM
*Thursday evening training run workouts at Runner's Edge @6:30PM
*Saturday morning long runs from Runner's Edge
*4 time trials (5K distance) throughout program
Get or stay fit over the summer! This group will be led by Coach Heather and Coach Stone. Run For The Ribbons 5K on June 5th would make a great time trial (know what your current abilities are) for all participants and is for a great cause. This is only a 10 week program so it would serve you best to show up with some prior weeks of running on your legs!
