Let us get you ready for your next race!

 

Runners Roost 5k training program - $50.  Begins December 29th and ends with the Gril-Mato 5k on Saturday February 19th.  Registration for the Gril-Mato 5k is included in the cost of the training program.  For more Gril-Mato 5k info, click

 

Runners Roost 8k training program - $40.  Begins December 29th and ends with the Shamrock run on Saturday, March 5th (Race Registration Fee IS NOT Included).  Also includes a Runner's Roost Running Lucky T-Shirt.

 

Both programs will train at the same time. Wednesday's we meet at 6pm and Saturday's at 9am at our Orchard Park location.
