Welcome back to racing with PCTR and the 16th Annual Salt Point Trail Run. We are excited to get back to running and camping with our trail running community. Moving forward, we will schedule only one race per month as we too focus on a life, work, play balance for positive well-being. PCTR is proud to provide a safe place for mental health survivors, friends, families, and advocates. We are committed to keep providing a warm and positive environment for those to be well, heal, and thrive.

Come run the ancient trails of the Pomo people. You will go back in time as you witness the wonder of rugged coastline, sandstone cliffs, kelp-dotted coves, tide pools, pygmy forests and panoramic views. Summertime running along the coast normally makes for favorable weather for a fast run. These pristine and historic trails should be on every trail runner and ultra-marathoner's bucket list.

Come camp with the trail running community and the team at Pacific Coast Trail Runs including your Race Directors, Greg & Jennifer Lanctot.

Special thanks to our local running store hosts and partner Healdsburg Running Company - America's Winiest Running Store.

We also offer 2 to 5 nights of camping with TEAM PCTR including the fabulous Chef Yaku and family, We have hot showers, clean water, and 2 large group camp sites (#1 and #2) to put your trailer, sprinter van, or tent comfortably next to your new trail running friends. This year, 2022, we are simplifying our camping production to one night of Food Service - Saturday Night with PCTR Chef Yaku & Traeger present "Cowgirl & Cowboy Cookout" with vegetarian option. Chef Yaku will feature Buttery Smoked Tri-tips, Bone-in-Chicken, Roasted Bread, Rice, Beans, to go with Fresh Grilled Veggies and more to reward your trail running hunger.

Below you will find the camping information. This always confuses a few of you. Some think that if they don’t drink alcohol, then you are considered a kid. Some think camping is free with your race purchase. Some try to add a car Friday or Saturday night and this too causes inconveniences. Camping is simple. At least this year it will be simplified. Same party, same people, same great time. Stuff as many people in one car for $140 (TWO-NIGHTS-ONE CAR-ONE MEAL-ONE MOVIE NIGHT-ONE MINI LATERN). That gets you tons of space to put up as many tents as you want. Or, your van and tents. Or, your trailer and tents. The $140 also gets movie night on Friday for all, one meal with beverages on Saturday night, one PCTR branded mini-lantern, and bonfires hosted by PCTR. Don’t forget to bring your s’mores. If you need to add cars or meals to your own personal space then see the add-on fees. You will do all of this with the Race Director, Greg. See below.
