RACE DETAILS
Location: Bixby West Elementary 14901 S Harvard Ave Bixby, OK 74008
Parking: Access is only possible from 151st St (Hwy 67) into the main entrance on Harvard. Southbound access on Harvard from Tulsa or Jenks etc is CLOSED due to construction. Please follow all signs and direction from the course marshals. Park ONLY in the lot shown on map.
Registration: Pre-registration for each practice will be open until 2:00pm. On site registration is available for $20. Accepted payment forms are cash, credit card, Paypal or Venmo only. NO CHECKS
USAC: This event is not permitted by USA Cycling and USA Cycling insurance does not apply.
Rules: This is a PRACTICE race format. Categories are self-selected, sign up for the race you want to race. Racers may sit in or warmup in lower category races but must not be active on the front of a race for which they are not registered. Need to pit, go to the pit, see nobody cares. Results and scoring are best effort, we will attempt to place top 5, results posted on our FB event page channel website feed thing. Maybe podiums to follow, maybe not.
Bib: BYOB - SENTIR Sunday, fancy cloth Gambler bib, a bloody Tulsa Tough bib or go commando and reap the aero benefits. If you need a bib, we'll have one for you. Numbers on the LEFT. BYOPins
Transfers: Negative ghostrider
Cancellation: The promoter reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or alter the entire event or individual races due to weather, unsafe conditions or conditions beyond control. In the case of weather cancellation, all registrations will be transferred to the next date in the series.
Juniors: FREE entry
Kids: Bring 'em out to ride the warmup loop!
Payout & Primes: No payouts. Maybe we will have primes, maybe not.
