Registration Open

8th Annual Friendly Sons of the Shillelagh Belmar 5K from Bar Anticipation, Lake Como.  Race goes through the great Jersey Shore towns of Belmar, Lake Como and Spring Lake. One Mile Walk as well. Post race party at Bar Anticipation (703 16th Ave, Lake Como, NJ) with free barbecue.  Many awards to include age groups.  Timing by Elite Racing Systems.

This years race is dedicated to the Friendly Sons of the Shillelagh Foundation. FSOS Foundation benefits local individuals, families and organizations in need. It also provides fifteen college/trade school scholarships annually.  Please consider a donation during registration.
