Welcome to the summer off season in Texas! For the next 18 weeks let's continue to get together, do a little running and have lots of FUN! This summer program includes an 18 week training plan with some really fun workouts and a few challenges.
Weekly Schedule:
Monday-Rest Day
Tuesday-Track workout at Beck Start 5-6 AM
Wednesday- 30 minute easy run from GTRC 5:30
Thursday-5 AM Bagel TEMPO run
Friday-optional run on your own or rest day
Saturday- Long Run 6:30 AM from GTRC
Sunday-optional run on your own or rest day
We will plan to have at least ONE scheduled Social event post Saturday long run through the summer.
