Jump Start Your Health: Make it a Mile is a four-week program designed to help beginning runners and walkers take the first steps toward getting healthy. This program includes a safe, guided training plan designed to allow you to work at your own pace in a non-threatening, non-judgmental environment. This is a beginner walking or walk/run program but can also be used as a jump-start for other fitness goals you may have.

What You Get
  • A 4-week coached and organized training program
  • In-store Kick-Off Party Monday, March 21 at 6PM
  • First group workout is Monday, April 4
  • Two group runs per week from the Ogden YMCA in Neenah
    • Monday @ 6PM
    • Thursday @ 6PM
  • Weekly newsletters with motivational and educational content, special offers & more
  • Consistent training format, making time for a warm-up and cool-down each time
    • Monday evening workouts also begin with a 5 – 10-minute educational session followed by our prescribed workout
    • Thursday evening sessions begin with a 10–15-minute strength training session to support joint health and injury-free movement
  • Access to our Fleet Feet Running Club Facebook Group
  • $25 credit if you decide to continue on in the 9-week No Boundaries program that starts at the same time
  • Access to the Running Club Coordinator, head coach & mentors and extended Fleet Feet Team. We are here for you!
