Stay active this Spring by walking or running 200 miles as a participant in the Spring Fitness Challenge! This challenge is designed to be flexible and achievable as the only rule is that your running/walking workouts total 200 miles between the first (March 20) and last (June 20) day of Spring, 2022! No weekly goals, just one overall goal that everyone can reach! We will have some fun along the way but the main goal here is to keep moving, all Spring long! This isn’t a race, it is a challenge, so there is no prize for the first to reach the challenge goal, and no times will be recorded! It is our hope that we can all be “winners” and complete this challenge and earn the challenge finishers medal!
