Sea Rim Striders' big fundraiser for the year!
WAIVER MUST BE SIGNED via pre-registration signup, for EACH participant, volunteer, and sponsor who will be attending. *spectators do not need to sign a waiver*. No minors for on-course volunteering.
Please arrive a few minutes before, to pick up your wristbands.
Wear proper shoes, cold-weather clothes, and sun protection
No pets at our events - only medical assist animals
EMS will be on standby and will be stationed by the start/finish line. Let us know ASAP if you are not feeling well, or need basic 1st aid.

There is 1 restrooms on course. 2 portable toilets at the start/finish, and restrooms available inside the Event Centre.
The use of headphones/earphones is unsafe, and Sea Rim Striders actively discourages their use. Everyone needs to stay alert at all times, especially on course.
Be sure you receive the email confirmation from signing up. You should receive an automatic email within 5 minutes.
If you are representing a GROUP, please wear your logo'd shirts to promote yourselves!
Send any photos you take at this event - runners and/or volunteering - if you'd like us to include them in the final SRS pictures postings for the event - SRSclub.TurkeyTrot@gmail.com by the end of Thanksgiving day. We could use some help taking photos and we have no photographers who have offered to come this year.
