Join Team Running Lab for a FREE 16-week half or full marathon training plan. The first day of training will begin on June 27th with our goal race being the Detroit Free Press Marathon on October 16th. Our training plans are designed to help a novice runner or experienced runner crush their running goals for the season.
Our inclusive training group has free training plans, pace leaders, a Facebook group for communication and celebration, educational events and the best people in the area to run with.
- Tuesday nights at 6pm at Running Lab
- Saturday mornings at 7am at Kensington Metro Park - West Boat Launch
We will have training shirts for sale through our website at a later date. Be on the lookout for that communication in the weeks to come.
Even if you don't have a goal race or distance in mind, we encourage you to join the group. Running is better with friends, and we are here to help you be your best.
