COVID-19 Policy: Please note that ALL participants (including guests) will be required to show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test from a provider (at-home tests are not accepted) at the event during check-in. Full vaccination is valid two weeks after the last recorded dose.
Failure to do so will result in being unable to participate in the BikeMaine Weekend, and no refunds will be granted.
Cancellation policy:
Riders who cancel their registration before or on June 30, 2022 will be refunded in full, minus the 7% processing fee. Starting July 1, 2022, no refunds will be given to riders who cancel for any reason. If the ride is canceled by the BCM because of extreme weather, state or local declared emergencies, or any other safety-related reasons on or before June 30, 2022, riders will be refunded in full, minus the processing fee. If the ride is canceled after July 1, 2022, no refunds will be given. Registrations are non-transferable.
