MEND is Meeting Essential Needs with Dignity
MEND is an interfaith network of over 20 member food pantries and community partners located throughout Essex County, NJ. Their hunger relief network, the largest in Essex County, has been providing food to individuals and families in need since 1980

This is a B-paced ride, which means that all entrants should be able to ride 100 miles between 15-17 mph with re-grouping at the top of major hills.
There will be two food and fuel stops and two aid stations along the route.
Please note that the roads will be open to traffic and it is each rider's responsibility to obey the rules of the road, wear a helmet, and be self-supported with food, spare tubes, and tools.

We are also recommending riders have their bikes tuned by a mechanic and ready to go at least a week before the ride.
