Location John B. Todd Stadium is located at 12465 Warwick Blvd., Newport News, VA 23605.
Course The course is a very flat, very fast half-mile loop with one 90º turn run counterclockwise around the stadium. View the course here.
Registration Registration is open now and early discount will close at midnight on Saturday, February 18. Race-day registration opens at 8:30 am and closes 15 minutes before race start. There will be a $10 fee applied after midnight for online and onsite registration for everyone except Juniors and Novice riders.

Entry Fees Juniors and Cat 5s are $10. Collegiate riders are $25. Everyone else is $35. Entry fee includes $5.30 USAC fee and $2.50 ACCC fee where applicable. There will be day-of registration. Additional races are $10. A late fee of $10 will be charged for all riders except Juniors and Cat 5s.
Rules A valid USA Cycling license is required for all riders. One-day licenses for Beginners (i.e. Cat 5s) will be available for purchase for $15 at the registration desk. Experienced riders must purchase an annual or one-day license online at usacycling.org.

No refunds. Race runs rain or shine. All USAC rules apply. ANSI Z90.4 approved helmets must be worn at all times when riding on or near the course. Promoter reserves the right to combine or split fields based on the number of riders in any category. No aero bars permitted in mass start races.

Collegiate points will only be awarded to full-time collegiate students with valid USAC Collegiate licenses and full-time high school students with valid USAC Junior licenses. Jerseys and bibs for all such riders must feature school names and/or logo, or be generic blank kits; non-scholastic club and trade team kits are not permitted.
