Annual 5K and Fun Run to benefit the Bryan County United Way and its agencies, including the Red River Special Olympics which was added as a main partner in 2020 to highlight the Heroes that they are. This year (2021), the event will be virtual only. The actual day of the event is Saturday, March 6th. But the virtual event will allow you to run anytime that week (Friday the 4th - Sunday 13th by midnight) and post your time to our Facebook page: www.facebook.com/uwBeaHero or utilize the #beahero2022.
T-shirt pickup will be available at a scheduled time during the week of April 4th (or after) by contacting UW Director, Pam Robinson, at bryancountyuw@yahoo.com
Awards for the Overall Male and Female 5k Winners, The Suman Cup (Sponsors' Challenge), Ciara' Cup (Special Olympian - Heart of a Champion Award) will be given out to winners of these categories and announced via the UW Facebook page and direct contact from United Way.
