Waco Women's Training Program

Fitness for All Levels

The Waco Women's Training Program offers the opportunity to improve your fitness no matter what your current skill level. Whether your are a walker, a beginning runner, or a runner with a time goal, the Waco Women's Training Program will help you achieve your fitness goal.

Each weekly session will start at 6:00 p.m. with a group run lead by motivated and experienced group leaders. The group runs are tailored to help you progress to reach your personal goal. At the conclusion of the run you will have the opportunity to listen to exciting speakers on fitness related subjects to learn different ways to stay fit. Classes end at 7:30 p.m.

1st Class is Thursday, March 17, 2022 starting at 6:00 p.m.
Bledsoe Miller Recreation Center  located at 300 Martin Luther King Drive, Waco, TX 76701

Program Details

Registration is required to participate in the Waco Women's Training Program.

Classes meet every Thursday
Runs begin at 6:00 p.m.
Classes end at 7:30 p.m.

Note: There are NO STROLLERS, CHILDREN, ANIMALS OR HEADPHONES allowed in this program.
