Running and Fitness camp part 2! This camp is for all levels/abilities/ages and goals! We will meet Tuesday evenings from 6:00pm-7:15pm for cardio (running, run/walk, walking) with strength and flexibility exercises. This is perfect for anyone who wants to get faster in their running as well as those who just need a little motivation to get moving and improve their overall health as well as strength for better daily function. We meet at a local rubberized track which is easy on the joints and everyone can work at their own level. Kids 12 and older are also welcome to join. There will be run testing offered for those interested and each workout will be individualized and vary every week in order to challenge you.  Each session will incorporate technique work that includes drills and dynamic stretching along with some interval work. After the cardio portion of each session, we will do strength work for the hips and glutes along with some other core exercises. This is a great opportunity to exercise in an outdoor group setting and meet other motivated individuals!
