Multi-Surface/Cross Country 5K Run/Walk on the Lord Fairfax Community College Middletown Campus hosted by the LFCC CHASE (Care, Health and Sustainability for Employees) Committee. Timing provided by the Shenandoah Valley Runners.  Money raised from the race will be donated to the LFCC Foundation, in support of student scholarships.  Thanks for your support!
