Women’s Weekend at RideBHM

Have you wanted to try out bike park riding, but didn’t know where to begin?  Here’s your opportunity to work on park skills in a safe and comfortable environment.  Join 3X Masters World Downhill Champion Coach Kathi from Dirt Rock n Root Training LLC  and guest coach Sally Marchand Collins from Sundance Mtb Clinics and Adventures LLC at RideBHM on February 25/26 for a women’s weekend of skills training and confidence building.  Enjoy riding the Southeast’s newest bike park while meeting like-minded women and getting more comfortable on the trails. Sign up for one day or sign up for both.

Saturday  9 am – Beginner/Foundational Skills $325 per person

Saturday focuses on skills for those new to mountain biking and park riding. We’ll focus on foundational skills such as body position, braking, pumping the bike and cornering to help you get your confidence on the trails.  This track is recommended for those new to riding bike parks.

Sunday  9 am – Intermediate Skills $325/person

Sunday's camp is for those who have been riding park and want to step it up a notch and work on intermediate skills.  We’ll start with a quick review of body position and braking skills before moving onto skills for riding steep roll downs and drops, intro to jumping and riding more technical terrain.

Please note:

  • A park pass is required to participate in these sessions.  Adult Day Pass is $29. Monthly and Yearly memberships are also available and can be used for these camps.  You can purchase passes here
  • Rental bikes are available at the RideBHM shop. You can also rent a full suspension e-bike to optimize your experience at the park.
  • E-bikes are welcome.
  • Bikes and park passes ARE NOT included in the cost of this camp
